Facilities

Water and Heating
We have installed gas central heating with combination boiler so the water will be hot whenever you require it. The central heating will be provisionally set for the time of year. This can be discussed on arrival and times changed accordingly to suit you. Upstairs radiators provide the heating, whilst the downstairs is fully heated by underfloor heating.

Outside
Outside is the storage area for a refuse bin, parking for one space within the courtyard.

Refuse Collection
A refuse bin is provided in the courtyard. Bin liners for the kitchen bin can be found in the under sink kitchen cupboard. Collection day is Monday morning, so any refuse can be left in the outside green bin.

Key
This will be given to you on arrival at the cottage and must be returned at the end of your stay. Arrival and departure times must be advised on the booking form.

Shopping
Factory Lane is just off the main shopping street, Michael Street, which has two supermarkets, fresh bakery, newsagents and chemists plus a variety of other interesting shops.
Additional shops and facilities can be found along the beachfront, just one minute’s walk away.
